A bus carrying only ugly people crashes into an
oncoming truck, and everyone inside dies.

They then get to meet their maker, and because of
the grief they have experienced; he decides to
grant them one wish each before they enter
Paradise.

They're all lined up, and God asks the first one
what the wish is. "I want to be gorgeous," and so
God snaps His fingers, and it is done. The second
one in line hears this and says "I want to be
gorgeous too." Another snap of His fingers and
the wish is granted.

This goes on for a while but when God is halfway
down the line, the last guy in the line starts
laughing. When there are only ten people left,
this guy is rolling on the floor, laughing his
head off.

Finally, God reaches this last guy and asks him
what his wish will be. The guy eventually calms
down and says:


"Make 'em all ugly again".

Funny. Finally had a 4A gathering in 3 years.
But expected, only 1/4 turned up. But really, this is better than nothing!

JC, JT, Winston, Meifen, Koh Yan Yan, Aw-Yan Yan, Sin Nee, C3, Lilian, JP and Heriza attended. Not too bad bah, others, either busy, working, guard duty..

Had fun catching up past times, then JC finally break the news.
Seems like TSS is having this 40th Anniversary Celebration and is organising an Alumni Dinner in celebration. It will be in 28th August, and it would invite all Alumnis from the first batch of student from Tanglin Technical School to the 2003 batch TSS, plus All Past Principlas and Teachers. Then they will have this memorail walk, memo token and stuff. 7-course dinner. $60 bucks.
It's all efforts to help save and promote TSS to original glory.

To all TSSian out there, if you are interested Please leave a TAG or message here. Lolx. Guess Me and my co maybe going.

After dinner at Marche went to Fusion at Millinia Walk for fruity drink and chat again. By da time we finish only 9pm, so went on to Holland V, Wala Wala. Had Band performance and super pack~ so stayed for only abt 40mins, drank our Hoegardens and left. 10.30 liao.

I am not done with my online portfolio, but i kinda submitted a resume. Prays...

He's going to NS tomorrow.

Today, we spent our 'last' day together before his departure for 3 weeks in Tekong.

Hence, this is my 'last' treat to him. Hopefully, he will have much fun and enjoyment before the tough training. Well, it will be fun to wait and see the development in him.

First was the treat to the Movies; caught "The Best Bet". Had a great deal of laughter! This movie is nice, very Singaporean, but sO much better then "Money Not Enough"

Then it was a dinner treat at Baker's Inn. To me, the money can be earned back, so i just want him to have a nice dinner, eat what he wants, and just, be happy. lolx.
Then again, i think he's happiest with my company. haha.

But now, i think, i better focus on my portfolio and NYAA Report and get a stable job asap. haha.

Haha, i think i ate the 'nua-est' durain today.

It's da end of the 2 day Bedok Central Outreach program. Cannot resist the temptation of the sale of durians over at a corner. Ah-Qin even more entu, once we watched the animation clips, she tag me go buy liao.
By the time we were there, the 50 cents and $1 durians were gone, left the $2.
Nevertheless, we bought one.
Dunno how to choose, su ka su ka pick one in the end that person think say not ripe, help us choose another one.
Pengz. This got to be the 'nua-est' durian i've ate. Qin picked up a piece, and the fruit of it almost all dropped, left the seed only haha..
(As in, the fruit is erm.. nua lah.. not the solid ones lah..)
but but but, it's surprisingly nice!
I think the alcohol taste level in this one is tremedous, probably abt 14-15% wahahaha.
Worth the 2 bucks. wahaha.

Started the 2 day South CDC Outreach Programme in conjunction with the SG Arts Festival Film/Animation 'Roadshow' at Bedok.
Yes. All the way to Bedok.
Dunno why these days all the odd jobs I get like all from EAST side. Pengz.
Not too bad this job, simply just do slicing and teaching the kids the RIGHT way to draw onto the tiny rectangle on the film leader.
But i think the audience is off.
Come on.. with all Aunties, Uncles, Children of 4-12 years.. Where are all the STUDENTS? TEENAGERS? YOUNGSTERS? YOUTHS?
Probably off shopping at downtown Orchard road rather than buying 'Kailan' in NTUC Fairprice at Bedok Central.
bah, still, easy job, don't complain.
Tomorrow last day, YOUTHs and YOUNG ADULTS reading this,

Went to find Serene and Karen, with Lester, his brother and Lilian at the World Book fair today. Had a hard time finding their booth. It's SP22, Pixal Pacific Ptd Ltd, which sells assessment books, and Chenyi Comics and Chenyu VCD.
After that went to Marina sq to catch Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaaban, courtesy of Lester coz of da bet we had yesterday at da food fair.
Don't quite catch the plot of Harry Potter 3. Considered no plot too, err.. well, think the first 2 was better, nevertheless, this movie is still watch catching. Nice effects, sound, oh yeah, how Harry has grown.
Proceed to Kenny Rogers for dinner.. This time, we treat Lester and Leroy dinner.
Paiseh lah, their mother so nice to us too, then we say liao, get pay treat them dinner.
Got 2 sets of Ribs and Chicken combos. the ribs are rather good~
Then walked few "rds" at suntec, delicated a song but dunno whether it plays coz we went into N.Y.D.C for desserts. The Cookie Monster Mudpie is good! so is the Jedi Mudpie~ I had the Manhantten Mocha and lilian had this super big Chocolate milk which tasted like ice milo. haha. Had another rd of chatting there.. kinda fun.
I left early to hitch a ride at my ex-Boss car, to get back my Laptop.
Lucky i insisted man. If not i'll be laptopless for 2 days.
bah bah.. tml watching The Punisher midnight show.
Heard from lester not bad the show.
These days really movie freak xia. Think next week gotta Work Work Work again.

5th Day gone by working at the Food Expo.
Today really like a mass of exchanges and eating.
Pokka drinks, egg tarts, durian cakes and puffs, soups, coffee, and oh my..
countless chicken patties that only cost 50 cents.
The Thai Boss came, looks nice enough, but his assistant look serious man, taking notes and stuff.
Well so much for 5 days of 'shouting' and promoting.
"Finally" got a pain in the throat.
Then maybe tommorrow the Seaweed and Korean Noodles Auntie will "finally" win me in the battle of the promoters~ haha.
Lame lah.
