5 months.

At least, to me, it had been an enriching journey.
First exposure to real time TV Production.

It's time for me to move on.
To get some lost time back.
Heal my broken body and lifeless soul.

What i found?

FREEDOM.

On 3 days MC.

Got 4 injections to nerves my back.

And 5 Types of Medicine.

Suddenly I was diagnosis that i have a rare (In Chinese) "Luan Yao Zhen" direct translation will be "Soft/weak Spine Syndrome".
Doc said the english name, but it's darn long and chim.
Sound so scientific and Alien.

Said that I'm born with it. Might be inheritary too.
But cause of my condition seems to be lack of sleep/rest, carrying heavy stuff etc.. T__T">

In short, I have a weak back and fragile nerves.. that i am..
- Prone to injury (Sprains..)
- Bruises (That solves the puzzle..)
- anything with the nerves.. (Darn)

Told to drink more Milk, Eat more certain types of veg, Lean Meat and Beef or such...
Have to get regular sleep and rest too.. (this is the hard part man..)
And not to carry heavy stuff, sit and stand properly...
Do 3 sets of back and spine strengthening stretch everyday.. >__<"

Life can be so unpredictable.
At least. It is not kidney failure or lekumieua?
