.:Sunday, June 24:.
No worries. I'm still very much alive and kicking.

Am NOT away for holiday because crazy Kiasu Singaporeans seemed to have place their reservations to holiday 'hotspots' way early oike since Feb?

so, yep, i'm very much stuck in SINGAPORE.

June had been fulfilling with my Part time classes resuming for sem 2,
taking Advertising and Journalism for this sem.

Competitions, (done with Racial Harmony, Religious Harmony and SNAP!!!)
more Competitions (Learn@Library, NIIC, Splash, MAC)

Projects, (some volunteery videos, school projects, etc)

Workshops (teachers workshops, students workshop lah..)

and i'm so gonna need to start on my 2 Essays man. Dued on 10th and 13th July.. aRghx..
Plus, haven got the chance to mark all my sec 2 classes flash assignments!! pengz man.

anyway, celebrated Gracie's bday at Brewerkz on 18th June (we past midnight anyway to the 19th)

And to de-stress, was playing my lost and found MINI uno stacko at 2am in the morning after working at MB.
Anyway, had a great dinner at Mt Emily.
Nope, not to check out the hotel that Clara had mention, but to check out the restaurant named
'Wild Rocket' that's featured in IS mag and several mags several times abt this lawyer turned chef.
The place is kinda ulu and small, BUT cosy in a way.
Menu's limited BUT food is tasy, and Good.
At least for my Duck Confit the portion was enough and really very tasty.
Instead of the usual veg sides, this had 'Mum's Yam Cake' similar to those chinse yam cake.
Nice man, and the dash of plum sauce compliments the duck well.

2 thumbs up!

But the fish there kinda small in portion. Nevertheless, light and tasty.

Had a glass of Mojito too. The refreshing drink.
Mojito - Rum, lotsa crush Mint Leaves, lime, dash of soda

Dessert was the Chocolate Gauteu Lava

It's actually warm choc cake with a scoop of fresh vanilla ice cream.
Shld see that nice warm choc oozing out man... YUM.

It all comes with a price for such good food.
each person came a hefty close to $60 bucks. (with the alcohol too)
Phew.
RESERVATIONS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
did the reservation a week ahead man.

boo ho. Holiday's over, sch's starting..
Ah well, AT LEAST the canteen will finally be open!
No need to eat junk food.

My first encounter with the most expensive chip i bought.
The $6.50 Terra Blue Potato Chips.

Looks Chao Tar man!
